DYNAMIC SOFTWARE GENERATOR – A Green solution is a versatile tool to design and generate questionnaires tailored for any form of data collection on the fly. It a unique graphically driven product for the creation of surveys and data collection forms. A simple user intuitive UI guides the user through the steps necessary to create a data collection form using a desktop Windows interface. The completed form can then be published either to mobile devices (like Palm and PocketPC) or to the web.
CALDSG^TM is a Rapid Forms Designer / Generator that can be used to quickly create forms for collecting data in the field using a mobile device. Data collection forms and survey questionnaires can be easily and intuitively designed without any expertise in programming, on a desktop PC and downloaded to mobile devices for field deployment and response capture. The data collected on mobile devices can be transmitted back to a desktop PC for analysis and report generation. CALDSG^TM can be integrated with Business Intelligence tools to provide critical business decision support analytics and reporting.

The software works in synchronization with Microsoft Office and Palm Desktop. This product was successfully used during the PDS project in India.

• Intuitive summary screen highlights the unanswered questions and allows selection of any chosen section.

• A desktop synchronization program loads the data collected in the Palm to an Access database for Analysis and Reporting at any desired level of operation. Any form of General Reports/Audits could then be generated with the data.

Environmentally friendly – CALDSG^TM eliminates the paper base systems by :

• enabling the User to capture a variety of data in the mobile device – text, photos, X-rays, pathology or radiology results, location, environment etc
• Real-time data transfer to the desktop via mobile network or web based systems avoiding association of paper or any sorts of carriage transportation
• Solar Panel backpacks enable use devices in remote areas without electricity or long term field use in any event – eg Sports events, Festivals or any Public Event.

In support of the global carbon footprint reduction effort, CAL2CAL has developed a Solar Cell powered “mobile” clinical records solution, CALDSGTM, offering a green solution; equally versatile and effective in rural as well as urban areas. The “last mile” remote data access and tracking is no longer a problem in the software application space!

Custom made data collection table/forms/survey questionnaires can be quickly and intuitively designed on a desktop PC, downloaded to mobile devices for field deployment and response capture. The data collected can be transmitted back to a desktop PC for analysis and report generation.

Components of CALDSG^TM :

Forms creator:
This runs on MS-WINDOWS® platform and provides the client interface to create the data collection form. It supports creation of various data collection formats (logical, numeric, alpha, choose one of many, choose many etc); define validation parameters etc. The completed form can then be published to a target handheld device. These data collection forms or modules can be viewed on the desktop through a pictorial clickable representation and are implementable with easy and minimum user interactions.

Forms:
The published data collection form on target device. The data collection is using this component. Data can be synchronized back to a corporate server or network.

Business Intelligence and Reports:
Data analysis, reporting and decision support of the collected raw data. Graphical reports can be generated and published on the fly.
